My client doing chicken business and its a Agriculture Product. He want to give Invoice Bill to there customer. My question is, can he issue a bill to their customers if they have no number like VAT, Service Tax or other related number.

when its to be issued as invoice, then it should be serially numbered and specifically mentioned either sale or service details.
