We are manufacturer and purchase material by suppliers & , receiving Tax Invoices without impression "Original for Receipent"
Can we claim ITC on those "TAX INVOICES"

yes u can. but make sure ITC on purchase made is eligible or not for claim.& also check ur GSTR-2A whether shown or not by ur supplier.
eligible but if counter party did not put such invoices in GSTR_1 so later you have to revere the input tax credit
