There is feedback option available in TIS, just open it and relpy accordingly

You have to give feedback in AIS, TIS gets automatically updated after feedback in AIS.
Feedback option available in AIS, TIS is summary of AIS. so same will be updated automatically
You cannot rectify , you can only send feedback or send intimation.

Mail to technical team is of no help in case of TIS as same is filed by respective institute.
They can Directly forward it to the initiator
Technical team is for correction of technical issues of website not data entry mistake of income tax assessee.
Some times the issue will be in programming also
