I filed tax return in the fy 2011-12,2012-13 after that I not filled tax return.Form16 available with me.How many years I can now file the tax return?
You can file ITR/s of remaining years if any refund due in any particular year, that you may wish to claim. For that an application is to be filed to Pr.Commissioner of Income tax of your jurisdiction for condonation of delay in filling return.
Once approved........ you can file ITR online......
