Tax demanded is rs. 10. should i pay?

Hello,

I have received Intimation U/S 143(1) for AY-14 15, from CPC Bangalore, a Demand for Rs. 10. Yes, ten rupees. A Demand Identification No. has also been generated. 

However, on the incometaxindiaefiling website when I check Refund/Demand Status, it says there is no refund or demand. 

Question 1: Should I pay Rs. 10? I believe I should because there is a demand identification number that has been generated.

Question 2: If so, then why isn't the website showing that Rs. Ten has been demanded?

Question 3: How exactly do I make the payment given that there is no mention of Demand on the website?

Question 4: What is the worst repurcussion in case I do not make the payment?
