My wife is working in a private school with gross annual income of Rs 350,000/- The school people are not deducting the income tax.They are telling there is no tax liability. How is this possible?

Dear Sir,
in this case , the school must deduct TDS. If they are not doing so then you have to pay advance tax or self assessment tax.
