Recently I rec'd order from IT Dept of processing my Return for the AY 2022-23 in which they asked to pay Income Tax of rs.1250/- when I checked processed return Sent by CPC it is found that CPC has not given tax credit of rs.5868/- deducted as TDS by ICICI Bank so tax demand arise now how can I slove issue they refused to accept hard copy of representation Pl guide me

Just chec whether all details are correct if yes then file rectification for tax credit mismatch
Check the tds schedule . If you find any issue then you can go for revised return..

I have checked TDS Schedule in which year was stated 2020 at the time of filing return so I filed revised return but at the time of filing revised return year was automatically revised 2021 Thanks My issue solved

Rectification is already enabled
No you have to select reprocess the return in TDS mismatch case if there is no data entry error in return related to TDS
