Kindly let me know which ITR to file and how to show cash income with STCG.

If you are treating as a profession you may consider choosing presumptive taxation under section 44 AD. Since you have capital gains, you need to opt for ITR 3
Under Sec 44AD YOU CAN FILE. WHAT IS YOUR GROSS TOTAL INCOME??
Gross total inc is around 5Lacs p.a.
You have to file ITR 3.
You can show your business income u/s 44AD.
