tax collection at source
Assessee (Co.) buy a car for Rs. Say 12 lacs on which agency deducted TCS @ 1% on individual PAN, now it is reflecting in 26AS of individual, but company want to claim TCS instead individual. Can you please help me

Ask the dealer to get TCS return rectified to company PAN...
