Can we file tax audit report of a Pct. Ltd. Co. for the FY 2017-18 on income tax portal in the m/i Feb 2021.

Upto which period we can file tax audit report.

If loss return then both audit report and ITR you can file after taking approval under 119(2) . There will be tax audit penalty.
