1) Architech has profit less than 50% ( have Loss) ( loss due to no fees received only nominal expenses incurred during year like telephone expenses , professional fees, depriciation etc
2)Filling ITR 3 With Books from last 6+ Years
3)Total income is above exemption limit 5 lakh (loss from profession+Rent income from HP )
Does is required to get books audited ? Please guide
