Tax Audit and ITR Form

Good Evening
I have done some Intraday Trading in FY 2019-20 and incurred loss.
I want to ask whether I should file ITR 3 or ITR 2 and whether I need to do also any Tax audit in case of loss and my absolute turnover is less than 10000.
Thank you

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form for individuals who incurred losses from intraday trading in FY 2019-20. It advises that ITR 3 is generally required for intraday trading, which is considered a speculative business. The advice also confirms that a tax audit is typically not necessary in cases of intraday trading loss, especially when the absolute turnover is below the usual thresholds.

What is your source of income?
no audit in case of intraday loss
No any major source. Got a monthly stipend of 4000 only

Itr 3 as you do intraday and it's comes under speculative business

Take your expenses if you have while trading in that sector
