Mr. A ( a CA) is a Director in a Consulting Co. ( as per the ICAI guidelines) and is also a Partner in a CA Firm.
Can the Consulting Co. be appointed as an Internal Auditor as well as the CA Firm be appointed as Tax Auditor of another Private Limited Company.

a consultant firm cannot be appointed as internal auditors. but a ca firm can be an tax auditors of another company
