Please can anyone tell me how to calculate ratio of finished goods divided by material consumed and whether this ratio is wrong in audit report of A.Y. 14-15 which is available on income tax dep site

This would give you Consumption Ratio. Also you will get the Output of Finished Goods Produced from the Inputs.
eg FG = 100000
Input Mtrl = 50000
Hence FG is 2 times the Inputs
