Please check your reply. i don't think so that both 3CB and 3CA shall applicable to comapy assessee.

As per my knowledge Form 3CA is a audit report as per section 44AB of IT Act and any other act.

and Form 3CB is prepared where the accouts of assessee is need to be audited as per sec 44AB only

So if form 3CA applicable to a assessee than Form 3CB will not applicable.
