Hellow all, I have a query, should we linkup current account or saving account to get funds credited from paypal (id) account, these income generated out of affiliate marketing and blogging. What are other legal formalities for income through blogging as a profession in india? What are the legal formalities on registration etc., Kindly guide on this.

Legal Formalities like Export-Import Code, Professional Tax Registration, Service Tax Registration if services given in India, keeping books of accounts, get accounts audited if required, filing income tax return, etc. are required. Above is a general requirements. One should have to see you exact transaction for specific requirement.
