TAN for Educational Institution

Either you need to submit the TAN application through TIN centre or online .

If it's a trust then prepare trust deed , register under trust and you can apply for PAN , TAN.

If it's a private company then register under companies Act and apply for PAN , TAN using Certificate of formaty or Certificate of incorporation.
