I entered one tan instead of another one while paying yds under section 192
now I have to correct this via indemnity Bond for tan correction
can anyone please advise me on this issue

Is the TDS payment by online or physically in the bank ?
Challan correction by the bank is subject to following conditions--
-- PAN/TAN correction will be allowed only when name in the challan matches with the name as per the new PAN/TAN
Online correction of TDS challan has to be carried out on ‘TRACES’ . Digital Signature is mandatory to register on TRACES for requesting online challan correction.
Login to TRACES website with user ID, password and TAN
Under defaults, choose ‘Request for correction
