Your tally must be a pirated version. Whenever you open your tally, on the right hand top side you can find your serial number. This is the license number. If it is a pirated version then you cannot find a number over there.

i requre one solution in tally 9. In received voucher i want not only chq no: in narration i also want bank name. and i dont want to repeat the bank name.so is it possible in tally that when i select a partie name for receiving entry the name of its bank appear automatically in narration
