Tally - Viewing and Running balance

I have a query regarding viewing ledger balances in tally

the default view for any ledger in Tally 9 is Debit and Credit

I would like a Debit Credit and a Running balance.

If i press F12 and enable the same it  works but not permanently.

Also I would like all ledgers to be viewed for the entire finacial year and not jus one month or other periods. Manytimes it happens that the ledger is displayed for just part of the year and i have to tediously press F2 and chage the period and then when i press Esc and come back to the ledger i have to change it again using F2.
