Support on 7.2 and all previous versions has been stopped by the company. I think you will not supported by the company.

Support to earlier versions of Tally is supported by Tally Solutions.

I think you can take backup of the company data and rewrite the data once using Ctrl + Alt + R and check the same.

Therefore, we will not be able to provide any product support for Tally 7.2.

However, you can revert to us for any licensing issues in Tally 7.2 (Soft lock users).
