Hi,

Please contact to your vendor from whom you purchased Tally ERP.

You can import your data from Tally 9 or any other old version of Tally software.

You are maintaining 4 business under one company. Then you have to create new company in Tally ERP.and then create group companies. It will easy for you to maintain data in tally. As per your query regarding loss of data for that you can use your previous years FINANCIAL STATEMENTS  i.e.Tax Audit Report. From Financials you can put opening balances of the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables,Bank A/c,Cash A/c,Fixed Assets,Inventory Balance  + Liabilities.:):):)

I think you can think over this below suggestion.

Create separate companies for each of your business, so that you will get final accounts separately.

Also create a Group company, in which include all these companies as member companies, to get consolidated final accounts.

For further clarifications write to me.
