tally printouts or prints with company name

 i think you could have selected "Pre-Printed" in the print configuration screen.

In the print configuration screen, in the field "Methods", "Neat mode on Pre-printed paper" is selected, it will not print details like Company Name and address and Borders.

In the print configuration screen, just click on "Plain Paper"(its a toggle button) to change it to normal mode and check the printing.
