Hi,

Ctrl+P is the shortcut to printing a report or document in Tally ERP 9.

Also, Ctrl+E provides an option to export the document from tally for storage in the local drive. After pressing Ctrl+E, it gives an option to select the file type in which the document is to be stored, i.e. excel, word, pdf etc.

One can select pdf from the options and the file will be saved in a pdf format in the local drive.
