Dear All,
I m in problem. When I work in tally it shows internal error. Can anybody knows how to recover the same.
Please go through the snap shot attached & please help me .......

first of all i must say its a nice way of asking question....Equipping answerer full info he needs...
THE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS :
1 CHECK THE LICENSE
2 CHECK WETHER IT IS WORKING ON ANY OTHER MACHINE IN SAME LAN...
3 CHECK SERVER SETTING HASNOT BEEN ALTERED
4 IF NOT THEN CONTACT THE TALLY HELP CENTER.....
PS : VERY IMP - PLEASE TAKE BACKUP BEFORE DOING ANY OF THIS.
oPEN YOUR TALLY DATA FOLDER I.E, 10001 AND LOOK FOR .TSF FILES
DELETE ALL .TSF FILE AND TRY AGAIN ..
IF IT DOES NOT WORKS.,
FOLLOW BELOW PROCEDURE.
OPEN TALLY - PRESS CTRL+ALT+R -> SELECT CO IN WHICH YOU ARE FACING PROBLEM.
IT WILL ASK FOR REWRITE COMPNAY -> CLICK YES AND LET IT COMPLETE ..
YOUR PROBLEM SHALL BE SOLVED.

Dear Sathis,
Take Backup of existing data.
Goto 10001 folder delete Tmessage.tsf (its a temporary file) and open the company
It will work... simple..
hi,
just re write the data most possible it will work. I guess u might be working with Tally 7.2. its a common error while working with tally 7.2
If you don't know how to re write, please let me know, I will explain you
