Tally erp 9

My query in tally is one of my client is engaged in purchase and sales of bell peppers (Red and yellow color ). they have bifurcated them into GRADE A , GRADE B Grade A is purchased at 45/kg and grade B is purchased at 25/kg all are into credit purchase and credit sales my query is how to maintain ledger ? suppose customer name is mohan he purchases grade A and grade B bell peppers should mohan ledger be maintained as Mohan (grade A) mohan (Grade B) Or ledger :Mohan only is enough ?
