I think and As per my experience no other options...

If You have any other option then Share Your knowledge.

If you have pass any jounal entry then you can't delete any ledger.

If you want to do this. then There are Follows Steps.

Delete all entry related to ledger and then go to Gate way of Tally --------->Account Info------------>Select ledger------------->Alter-------------> Enter Account name ---------->and Delete(Alt+D) button
