Talk About solution against corruption

friends  i  need a  discussion  for  solution  not the  problem 

government should give chance to the corrupt people to handover all the black money to the national fund wilfuly and get the clean chit for some specified period and harsh laws against those who fails to handover such amount and carries on such activities

From my side the solution is to keep this fire on till we get the opportunity to show the government (congress) its real place.

WELL,

I fu take my advice, there is no solution to corruption unless & until people start PRO-ACTING & not reacting...Person like u & me who are talking about solution to corruption, the next day u may find them to giving the bribe as they find that they are totally trapped in th net of corruption.

For instance, If u go for obtaining VAT registration, U have no other way than giving bribe as  being a routine professional work, u r forced to give the bribe....If u don;t then u simply lose the assignment & clients...

But if all CA & sisiter professional decides on not to give the bribe, the incidents of giving bribe can surely be minimised.But again this is mainly concerned with the social ethics..SOme may not mind to give bribe if they r getting an attractive paymnet for it....So, the solution lies in the fact that each INdian individually understands & follows the custom of not giving the bribe...

even v currently have the RTI act, but its not working effectively..Y? U know,,,that is bcs making new & new will not going to stop corruption...Its not that if u pass certain laws against corruption & corruption will stop it...Corruption will stop only when people stop giving bribe to it.

There is a popular word in Gujarati -" Patawat" . It is used for setteling an issue by paying  an agreed huge amount. 

Another poular word is  " "Veiwar" resembling to the word "Vyavahar" in Hindi.

This word  is used for an amount  generally  given to an  officer for accomplishing  your work. This can be told as a "Rate".      

CS and 1/2 CA Preeti Mehta has rightly addressed the issue.

Unless we ourselves collectively do not stop bribing the officers, corruption can not be eradicated.

The public should support whole heartedly the Anti Corruption Movements.

If we want to get rid of corruption then we have to learn how to make sacrifices. 

By paying bribe we may feel guilty and unsatisfied both. 

By sacrificing we will be satisfied and happy.

It can not go overnight. It will take years to go. 

So, fight with it calmly.  Don't be tired if you have to wait for years to come 

One day it will disappear - let us hope so ... and try so...

बाबा जी के अनशन और समर्थन से कॉंग्रेस की सरकार हिल गयी | उन्हे पता था की शनिवार के दिन जब बाबा जी के समर्थन मे १ लाख से अधिक लोग एकत्र हो गये तो रविवार के दिन क्या हाल होगा | उनकी कुर्सी ख़तरे मे पड़ सकती है | इस दर्दनीय एवं निंदनीय कांड से यह साबित हो जाता है कि जमाखोरी एवं घूसखोरी एवं भ्रष्टाचार  के सारे दावे जो कॉंग्रेस पर लगाये जा रहे है वे सभी सत्य है | और इन सबके पिछे और कोई नही, केवल और केवल सोनिया गाँधी है | बाबा द्वारा इस सत्याग्रह से अगर देश का काला पैसा जो सभी नेताओ ने देश के बाहर जमा कर रखा है, देश मे आता है तो इससे देश का ही फ़ायदा होगा | इससे बाबा का व्यक्तिगत रूप से कोई स्वार्थ नही हो सकता | स्वार्थ तो उन लोगो का है जिन्होने बाबा के और उन सभी देशवासीओ के साथ यह अनैतिक कृत्य किया है अर्थात सोनिया गाँधी जी एवं उनके सभी नेता | सरकार की झिझक एवं हिचकिचाहट यह पहले से बयान कर रही थी की वे भ्रष्टाचार मिटाना नही चाहते और देश का काला धन देश मे लाना नही चाहते क्योकि  इसमे उनका भी तो काला धन जमा है और वे अपने ही पैर पर कुल्हाड़ी थोड़ी मारेंगे | और तो और मीडीया भी देश के लोगो तक सही खबर नही पहुचा रही है, ऐसा लगता है मानो कॉंग्रेस ने मीडीया को ही पैसे खिला दिए है | वे इस अनैतिक कांड पर कोई टिप्पणी नही करेंगे लेकिन बाबा की बुराई और नेताओ के बयानो पर अवशये टिप्पणी करेंगे | अन्ना हज़ारे के साथ ये सब इसलिए नही हुआ क्योकि वे किसी ना किसी तरह से कॉंग्रेस से जुड़े हुए है, जबकि बाबा जी का तो राजनीति से ही संबंध नही है, फिर भी वे अपनी जान की परवाह ना करते हुए सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ देश की जनता के लिए लड़ रहे है क्योकि किसी भी काम को करने के लिए किसी ना किसी को तो पहल करनी ही पड़ती है | और वो पहल बाबा जी ने की लेकिन हमारी कॉंग्रेस को ये बर्दाश नही हुआ और उसने ये कांड किए | ये तो जाग जाहिर है की, कॉंग्रेस चाहती ही नही है की उनके किए गये किसी भी ग़लत काम के खिलाफ कोई आवाज़ उठाए | इसलिए दिग्विजय सिंग और सिब्बल साहेब ने सोनिया जी के इशारे पर बाबा जी के साथ ये राजनीति खेली | आज कोई चोर चोरी करते हुए पकड़ा जाए तो उसे जेल जी सज़ा मिलती है परंतु यहा के नेता दिन दहाड़े करोड़ो अरबो रुपये चोरी कर रहे है ये किसी को दिखाई नही देता | अब तो कांग्रेस के भेडिये कुत्ते अपनी औकात पर आ गये है और स्वामी बाल्क्रिशन जी को गलत आरोपों से फ़साने की कोशिश की जा रही है | ऐसा लगता है मानो कांग्रेस अब पतंजलि योगपीठ पर निशाना साधेगी |

अंत मे,  बाबा जी आजादी के बाद श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जी के बाद अगर कोई व्यक्ति है जिसने देश के लिए सोचा है तो वे आप है अन्य कोई नहीं |  बाबा जी मैं सदा आपके साथ रहूँगा और अपने हृदे से आपका समर्थन करता रहुगा, ये मेरा आपसे वादा है |

Nitesh @ whatever u have said above i totally agree with it and happy to see that younger generation also with Baba Ramdev. This is not the issue related with any political party whether it is BJP or congess, because maximum of the politician are corrupted. I think these type of the andolans are th e only way to get out from corruption to some level. Whatever happened in ramlila maidan last night is shameful, and whoever passed the order for this is to be under custody, may be he/ she is not true indian.

 I think govt. is there only to survive by hook or cook for five years.  They have not any concern about the public . they just want to make their name . But the reality is now in front of the country. People have no right to protest peacefully for their own money. 

I think govt. is forget the power of public . Political party thinks that they are the owner of the country , and whatever they do is not inform to the public. They have forgotten who have made these political party. Its only the people of India. And people have all rights to do whatever they  do for their country.

ok Friends tell me what the meaning of prime minister and president ? They are those person who represent the whole country  and work for country.  But from last night agitation , i dont think so  , they both have go to hell .

Is there not the duty of president or prime minister to come in front and justify all the happenings to public. this is only one person duty who just keep on speaking against Baba ramdev.

Friends i hope u all work protest for removing corruption. And Please show some agggression towards this govt . that what we can do.  I have only one statement for this govt. " laaton k bhoot baaton se nahi mante "

goverment  had  already  did  that  in  year  2000  i  guess  by  way  of  VIRS   scheem  ppl  find  the way  by  way  of  disclosing  silver  and what  happen  after that

well   i  think  other wise  atleast  the  core  group  in congress  is  not  corrupt  but  if  u think  any other  option  there  are  more  than  enough  had  u  not  read  anything  about  the  things  happen  in bjp  lead  governement 

good  one anant  but  i  think  the  only  way  to  remove  the  corruption  from the  country  is  the  way  ppl  should  change the  way  they  things 

suppose  there  are  2  friends  , both  are  ca  got  good  jon  one  is  corrupt  and  another  one is  non  corrupt  ,  the  guy  who  is  corrupt  made  good  chuk  of  money  and the  guy  who  is  non  corrupt  live  happily  without  much  of  money .

now  after  20  years  from  date  the  guy  who  is   corrupt  say   A    child  got  everything  in life  and  B  child  just  are  well  enough to manage  there  life  :-   dnt   the  child  of  B   blame  him

if  both  the  statement  right  ,  then  what  the  mistake A   made   ,  what  i  want to tell is  first  we  need to change  the  attitude  of the  society  the  way  ppl think  then  anything  can  be  done  to  remove  corruption 

I dont support any party as such but by looking deep in the matter i think BJP is better than congress
