Taking DIN

My client want to incorporate a LLP.
But partners have no DIN.
And these partners have no intention to appoint director of any Company.

My doubt is how to take DIN of these partners after the introduction of FORM DIR-3??or is there is any other option??

Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) is a registration required for any person who wishes to be appointed as a Designated Partners of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

yes, dir 3 form need to fill

Please note DIn for new LLP is suspended from 26/01/2018 to 31/03/2018, if you dont have din you can not proceed to form LLP and till march 18 you can not apply for new DIN

"To facilitate corresponding changes in LLP eforms due to deprecation of DIR-3, it is proposed to temporarily suspend issuance of allotment of new DINs for Designated Partners/Partners of LLPs w.e.f 26th January 2018 till 31st March 2018. Stakeholders may kindly take note and plan accordingly." mca portal
