take GST NO. or not from small interpreneurs

i m a small interpreneur. my shop is a bags and luggage. i purchase a goods from other state.

If you sell only at shop (i.e, within state) , and your aggregate turnover is within 20 lakhs limit...... then its not mandatory to register under GST....

Not necessart,But if u register under GST you may increase the competitiveness...

If there is an interstate business irrespective of purchase or supply you have to get registered as the person from whom you will purchase need to have an tax invoice raised and collect tax or pay under reverse charge ,hence its advisable to get registered.
how ever if you have local purchase and supply then it is not required
