Hi, Can Anyone tell me,

is there any prob, if the company has few Foreign employees living in India since last 2 years and the company is not deducting PF from their salary.

If yes than what are the best course to follow now?

what TDS is charged for 10,000 monthly income. As my company is deducting 1,000 on above salary...so i get only 9,000 salary in hand..,please help me how it can be exempted.
