There is no clarity in your question. One does not know whether you are asking for PCC or IPCC Ethics part. However, I dont know where you have got the information relating to adding of a chaper in ethics. There is no announcement from the ICAI regarding this. Any change in syllabus MUST be intimated in the Board of Studies Announcements section. www.icai.org is our official website. Do check that and you wont find any such announcement. So I feel your argument is baseless. If you have any source let us know here.
