Hope you know that this Nov-2014 is going to be the 'unique exam' for Paper-Corporate and Allied Laws. Because,
In May 2014 Exam - Exam was only on Companies Act,1956
For Nov 2014 Exam - Exam is going to be on Companies Act'1956 and Companies Act'2013, both in 60:40 ratio.
For May 2015 Exam - Exam will be purely only on Companies Act,2013(New)
So, the syllabus that is there in next Nov-14 exam, was neither there in May'14, nor will be in May'15. So, I would like to say it is going to be a UNIQUE exam.
Friends, BE AWARE of for which Exam batch you are attending Classes for C-Law. Now, many institutes are offering coaching for Nov'2014 Exam batch students. So, this will not be useful for the students who are writing exam in May'2015.
