I got enrolled for CA final for old syllabus in 2002....then i took break for 4 yrs.....now i am preparing again for examinations......pl suggest shall i opt for New syllabus or old syllabus?

You should go to old syllabus
I would stronly advice you to go for the new course because it offers latest assurance techniques, new aws, newer governance issues and a whole new face to the CA industry.
