hello Icai has proposed the draft for the changes In ca syllabus so can anyone please guide when the changes are going to be made my scholarship will be completed in March 2017 so is it better to my finals in Nov 2016 0r Nov 2017 I am confused with regard to change in syllabus

Its said to be applied from 2016, but no confirmation regarding May or November,

Also check: ipcc amendments for nov 2015, ipcc practice manual for nov 2015, ipcc important questions
