Is syllabus 2012 study material soft feed is availaible on website ??? One mre query those who will register for final after completion of inter nw will b under syllabus 2008 or 2012 ??

No, under syllabus 2008
1) if a student register for foundation / inter / final on or after 01.12.2012,then syllabus under 2012 only.
2) From Dec 2013 Final exam onwards , student has to complete atleast 6 months training as on or before 31st march / 30th sep for june / dec exam respectively under either syllabus 2008 or 2012.(i.e all students registererd under both syllabus )
