Restaurant services 5% without ITC
1). GST RATE on CAKES/PASTRIES = 18%
2). GST RATE on BRANDED NAMKEEN = 12%
3). GST RATE on SWEETS = 5%
4). GST RATE on RESTAURANT = 5%
NOTE : NO-ITC is available in Restaurant Services.

Hi Friends, have a query of similar nature :
Would like to run from 1 premises under my Pvt Ltd Company the following business :
- Cafe serving food items like snacks, coffee, milk shakes, etc.
- Retail sale of packaged dairy products like cheese, paneer, butter, milk, etc.
How do I structure the business to avoid complications in GST (Company is already GST registered for Retail Dairy Products Sales)
