Can sweat equit shares issued at price lower then face value, we know that it can be issued at price lower than mkt price as well as fair value

I say that in normal practical life sweat equity share issue at discounted price but not lower than the price of face value of such share

Mr .Praveen is saying that sweat equity shares are not issued ,in practical life, at price lower than face value
BUT
they can be issued at price lower than face value if the company wishes to issue at a price lower than F.V
