Whether bar of relationship of directors under section 185 Companies Act 2013 will have any application if the directors of company registered in India are related to a subsidiary incorporated in foreign country and such foreign susidiary has to provide corporate guarantee for the Indian company taking loan in India

Restriction on giving loan etc. u/s 185 applies only to a company. Foreign subsidiary is not a company as per Companies Act 2013. Hence restriction does not apply to it.
