Can anyone Please tell me what would be Challan format for submitting Service tax challan with swach bharat cess. Do we have to submit two challan in the case of Individual- one for the month of October 2015 and Second for the M/o November and december 2015. or do we have to make other challan for swach bharat cess. Please anyone tell????
