Surrender of service tax registration

Sir,

In this regard you some step to be taken i.e.

1. Clear the all outstanding dues as Service Tax with interest @ 18% current rate.
2. Deposit your all returns up to date, which are taxable or non taxable.
3. If not deposit plz to be discussed regarding penalty of their return which have not deposited yet.
4. Surrendered the Online and make the decadence and same to be deposited in the department.

Note:

All dues and return should be deposited and clear all the dues upto that time you want to be surrendered the St-2. If you having in this regard other observation plz forward the same.
