Hi,

I want to close the proprietorship company.

what is the process of surrender income tax no, service tax no and tan.

for cancelation You have to write application mentioning reason for surrendering the Registration to Officer of range mentioned in certificate and also need to produce proof that turnover during the periods not exceed the limit such as Cried Copy of p&L and ITR copy for Period from Registration or Period stop paying Service tax and other Documents as demand by Officer for records or verifications prose
