I strucked at a place in dealing regard the point of Surrender procedure of IEC Code. I Searched many places on Internet too but at a place of DFGT.ORG website for the surrender procedure, it is said to write a letter to issuing authority and same authority will cancel and will update with zonal or regional part... Can any one throw some light on my this query for what is the procedure of Surrendering of ICE Code ?

there is no prescribed procedure, as the IEC code is one time registration.
however if somebody want to cancell the same then submit a letter with original IEC allotment to DGFT, they will process the same and initiate the cancellation intimation to you.
AS PER PARA 2.94 OF HANDBOOK OF PROCEDURE VOL-1 2009-2014, "IF AN IEC HOLDER DOES NOT WISH TO OPERATE ALLOTED IEC NUMBER, HE MAY SURRENDER THE SAME BY INFORMING THE ISSUING AUTHORITY. ON RECEIPT OF SUCH INTIMATION , ISSUING AUTHORITY SHALL IMMEDIATELY CANCEL IT AND ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMIT IT TO DGFT AND CUSTOMS AUTHORITY.

Hi,
I had raised an online request for Surrender of IEC on 07/10/2021.
Recently, I received a Deficiency Letter stating the following:
"You are requested to furnish indemnity cum guarantee bond duly attested by notary for dues and liabilities against IEC"
Can you please provide me with a format for the above-mentioned Bond and the value of stamp paper required, if any?
