Surprise gift from HDFC Bank

Diwali has always been a very auspicious festival in our family. Every year, I gift my wife with something really special. But this year, we bought a house in Navi Mumbai and hence had to cut down on all expenses. Since I did not want to break the procedure of gifting my wife, I was in a big dilemma as to what to buy this year. That was until I visited the HDFC Bank website and found out about an ongoing offer they had on Surat Diamonds. I could not believe they were offering 50% discount on exquisite jeweleries. I did not waste a single minute after that.

Yes, they give 50% discount to customers but practically you cannot know what is the real worth of diamonds. I belong to Surat and know very well how diamonds are valued - different valuation by different merchants.

HDFC Bank charges Rs.750/- per quarter - just keep Rs.100 below of Minimum Required Balance.

It does not inform if this balance come down to a reason beyond your control. And still they claim it as SERVICE CHARGE for the services provided to the customers !

What a great kind of service they provide !
