please solved my query regarding surcharge amendments in a.y 2010-11
in 2010-11 indivdual dont have to pay surcharge on salary income then what have to do if indiviual have business, capital gain income also
please help me

Dear Rajeev,
Surcharge abolished on all income earned by Individual, so no surcharge is leviable on income from business or capital gain earned by Individual.
