Supporting a Foreign company in India from Dubai

Hi, I am currently employed with a Dubai based company,  we have a sister company in India and I am supporting them as well.

I do not get salary from the Indian company as my package is all for Dubai.

Kindly advise on the following:

1. Do I have any tax liabilities in India

2. How far is my responsibility concerning the transactions I execute for India

3. Are the transactions I make be binding?

Thank you so much for your reply.

Quick Summary
An individual employed by a Dubai-based company, who also supports its Indian sister company without receiving a salary from India, is seeking clarification on their tax obligations. They want to know if they have any tax liabilities in India, the extent of their responsibility for transactions executed for the Indian company, and whether these transactions are legally binding.

Are you working with Link Middle East Company , in Jabal Ali ?.
Basic Principle is ,if any income is earned or accrue or deemed to be earn or accrue in India ,then disregarding the residential status you are taxable in India ,in this case if you earn in India then you have to pay tax ? or Indian company will pay you post deduction of TDS !
