it doesn't matter that in which occupation is running by you if your income exceed the limit then in that case you are eligible to filed a income tax return under section 139(1)
Yes, As far as income tax is concerned it is of no value whether it is supply of Goods or service. All which is to see is the income and whether the income exceeds the Exemption limit or not.
