One supplied goods to cheif medical officer registered as Tax Deducted in GST.
where to upload invoice in gstr1 ( b2b or b2c).
when I file it under b2b online it shows ( pending invoices these will be added after validation)

the portal will not accept it under b2b section..... you have to show it in b2c.....
Supplies cannot be shown on the portal under b2b section if the receiver is registered as tax deductor......
