one of my client wants to supply material to local SEZs.party gave certificate of SEZs valid from 2015 -2021which was before GST but the letter date is Dec 2017. Party asked materials for zerorated ,i want to know how to raise the bill.this is new for me plz guide me....
Supplies to SEZ are zero rated. However, this is subject to certain prescribed rules.
Two options for you:
1.Either pay tax on supplies and claim refund from GST department by filing Form RFD-01A
2. Obtain LUT from GST department and supply goods without any tax.
Second option is simple.
