whether supply of goods through an agent within the same state is included in the aggregate turnover?

If the Agent has raised his tax invoice then No....it will not included in Principal's Aggregate Turnover
Agent means you issue the invoice and its your goods but supply to customer is by your agent if all these things happen then it's your turnover.
